Christmas!

This is my good looking husband and our wonderful tree. I love them both so much! Isn't life grand?! Merry Christmas!!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!

Yowza...is it really Christmas next week?! Whaaaat?! Having Thanksgiving so late this year really threw me off! But don't worry, we still managed to get our house decked out for the best holiday:

Thankful

Thanksgiving was soooo much fun this year - but then again, when isn't it?! What's not to love about Thanksgiving?! Family, awesome food, shopping, fun!! What could be better?!

Oh Turkey Hats definitely made it better. Don't we all look awesome?!

Why, yes, we DID go to the Christmas Story house! And no, we did NOT shoot our eye out! But they definitely let us shoot a red rider BB gun - it was amazing!! So much fun!

And we got to babysit our favorite little friends!!!

And of COURSE we went Black Friday shopping at 5:30am!! Black Friday shopping is our FAVORITE thing ever!!! Plus its the one day all year that us 3 crazy ladies can hang out together :) And for the second year in a row we wore matching shirts!

Turkey Trot Recap!

This year's Turkey Trot was SO SO SOOOOOOOO cold! But 5 miles later, we all survived! It snowed the whole time and was about 21 degrees on our way to the starting line. Luckily our awesome turkey hats kept us warm:

I got a PR too! I was SO excited! I think I got a PR because it was just so darn cold and I wanted to be done and inside where it was warm...I finished in 40:50! Seriously, I was freezing.....

 

After the race! We went from the finish line IMMEDIATELY to the car....brrrr...!

Tree!!!

This is our BRAND NEW Christmas tree!!! Isn't it lovely? With the click of a button, it can be white lights, colored lights, or flash between white and colored!! But the best part of our tree is how we got it. Jerry, my wonderful father-in-law, got to Home Depot at 4:50am on Black Friday to pick it up for us!! The store opened at 5am and we are soooo thankful he got there so early, because there were only 4 left when he got there! He even fought off an angry shopper in the store!! THANK YOU JERRY!!! We love our new tree!!!
