Closing Day!!

When my alarm went off this morning, I literally said "F#$% You Alarm Clock!!" I've never cursed at my alarm clock before--usually I'm a morning person. But apparently I thought my alarm was trying to ruin me today as it planned my demise...

But after hitting snooze a few times, I jumped out of bed because I remembered--It's closing day on our house!!!!!!!! WE'RE SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!! Hopefully all will go well today. Steve has been such a housing rock star and taken care of everything!

At least twice a day at work, I find myself thinking "I don't care." in response to the phone calls I answer and emails I read. I receive countless emails of people complaining, telling me problems, or just whining about something.

Maybe only thinking "I don't care." twice a day isn't too bad...!

Hmmm I had a dream last night that Steve was pregnant with our child! I think I'm going to stop drinking wine for a while....

Easter time!

Sometimes I have trouble posting pictures from my computer. My Internet at home doesn't work (and when I say "my Internet at home"--I mean my neighbors have now locked up their network password and I have to go to all of the coffee shops in Columbus to heist their Internet...!!)

Easter egg dyeing went great this year! Addie didn't throw any eggs into the dye (like she did last year!), and we totally stopped Sam from eating the hard boiled egg he put in his mouth!! Jen's counter may be permanently dyed--but at least the eggs turned out great!!

Natural Holiday

Someone at work referred to her birthday as her "natural holiday"--how perfect is that?!

This weekend we're heading home for Sam's FIRST birthday party! It's absolutely crazy to believe that Sammy Sammy is almost one! Here's some pics from his very first day on earth--4/29/09!

Seattle Memories

Ahhh sweet sweet memories. Just about a year ago, Steve and I went to Seattle with a bunch of our friends to visit our friends that live out there. It was such a fun trip and the city was awesome! Ahhh how I love new cities!!

Awesome Bridesmaids!

Well after months of debate, I finally settled on wedding colors! My badass sister aka- Maid Of Honor found a FABULOUS bridesmaid dress! I decided that's what I officially wanted and within hours of emailing all the bridesmaids that this is the dress I chose--they ALL went out and bought the dress that day! How cool is that?! I seriously have the greatest friends EVER! Yeaaay!

Cares--or lack thereof...

I'm so over my job it's not even funny. I no longer care about the following...

• Whether or not someone gets their paycheck (I should care, but I just don't.)
• What managers need contract workers, what skills are required, and meeting the timeline to get these people hired
• How many contractors we have working (I don't see a dime of it anyway--so why would I care?!)
• Whether or not managers like me. (I secretly don't like some of them!!)

What I do care about is listed as follows....

• Getting a new job in Cinci near Steve and getting the heck out of Columbus!
• Our beautiful, gorgeous house that I'm itching to move into
• 10/23/10
• And the fact that I just signed up to be a contestant on The Wheel Of Fortune. Seriously.
