A very special BIRTHDAY!!!

Today is a special day. It's the day that the stork came and delivered the BEST Dad and Papa in the WORLD!!! Happy Birthday to my Dad - one of the most kind, funny, sweet, salt-of-the-earth people I know. We love you Papa!!!

Chit chat

Jillian is becoming quite the little chatterbox and we love it! It's so cute hearing her voice used for talking (instead of crying!). I always thought it was weird when other moms hear their kid say something like "ba ba" and they know that the kid meant something like "I want more chicken fingers", but we can totally figure out (most of the time) what Jillian is saying in her little giberish! Here's her latest vocab:

Fwa-wa = flower
Wa-wa = water
Bpup = puffs
Hewo = hello
Hiiiiii = hi!
Bye bye = bye bye (nailed it!)
Aaaaapple = apple
Chsssss = cheese
Yoyo = yogurt (or maybe she's saying YOLO - I don't know....! either way she's right!)
Nana = bananas
Nana = Nana!
Papa = Papa and Grandpa
Wff wooff = woof woof when she sees a dog
Ahhh co = avocado (she just started this one this weekend! we were shocked to hear her say it! so cool!)
Bahl = ball
Shhh = fish
Bsshhh = brush or toothbrush
Baa-ush = bus
Mama and Dada = Mama and Dada (nailed it!)
Elmo = Elmo (it's plain as day, she loves Elmo!)

We are so proud of her! Can't believe she'll be 15 mo tomorrow....time flies :)

Walking Girl!!

You may be wondering if Jillian is walking - well see for yourself! Thanks to some lucky cell phone video timing, we caught her on the move and in action! She's definitely still crawling but her steps are increasing more and more everyday. Check out this second video - it's taken just 2.5 weeks after this first video!! LOVE IT! Go Jillian, GO!! Such a big girl! :)

It's tutu Tuesday again!!

Halloween Spoiler Alert!!
